Product Care & Shipping

At Afreeca Living, we take exceptional care in packaging your orders to ensure safe delivery. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise during transit.

Damaged Items

If your purchase arrives damaged:

  • Contact afreecaliving@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery
  • Include in your email:
    • Your order number
    • Description of damage
    • Clear photographs of both product and packaging
  • Products and packaging must be in original, unused condition
  • Items returned showing signs of use will not be considered for damage claims

Product Replacement

  • For verified damage claims, we will gladly replace your product
  • Replacement processing time: Up to 7 days from receipt of returned item
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

Scent Exchanges

We understand that fragrance preferences are personal. Therefore:

  • We offer exchanges for different scents within our collection
  • Exchange eligibility:
    • Full-price items only
    • Within 14 days of purchase
    • Sale items are not eligible for exchange

Exchange Process

  1. Email afreecaliving@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Original scent purchased
    • Desired replacement scent
  2. Return Requirements:
    • Original product must be unused and in original packaging
    • Return shipping is at customer's expense
    • We recommend using tracked shipping services
    • Damaged or used returns cannot be accepted
  3. Exchange Completion:
    • New product will be shipped once original is received
    • Shipping costs for replacement item are customer's responsibility
    • Additional shipping charges apply even if original order qualified for free shipping

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
