Epsom Salt is a magnesium sulphate compound. When used as a bath soak, Epsom salt can revitalize your body. This healing agent helps with muscle aches, body soreness, swelling, and more.

Himalayan Rock salt is very pure and contains 84 essential and trace minerals including calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron and Copper. Himalayan Rock salt are known to stimulate circulation, remove toxins from the body and soothe sore muscles.

French Kaolin Clay helps to stimulate circulation whilst gently exfoliating the skin.
